The body and health have always been my thing, although professionally I was working with numbers. In 2010 I came across the 5Rhythms in Thailand and fell in love, I devoted myself to practice intensely, and after 8 years of self-discovery, I began to share what the rhythms give me. The practice for me opens the way to the pleasure and fascination of feeling the body in art, sometimes it softens me, sometimes it energizes me, sometimes it picks me up, sometimes it expands me, I don't know where it takes me, but I know that it is my medicine. It is a privilege to accompany and witness the art that we are all in motion.

Movement Medicine® Teacher, Custodian of Sacred Cacao, and Designer for your visibility with 'Embodied Brand Coaching’. Born in Venezuela, my connection to the land and my ancestors runs deep; drums and dance are at the heart of our culture. Even in difficult moments, these connect us to life and provide us with strength and joy. I love to dance because through movement, I find a profound connection with myself, with nature, with others, and with the Great Mystery. I live guided by an open heart and healthy boundaries, honoring the power of ceremony and rituals that bring beauty and meaning to daily life. In my offerings, I create sacred and inclusive spaces where authenticity, body, and soul can nourish and rediscover their truth in freedom.

Only when I dance I don't think. My mind settles down and the body starts moving as it knows. I have followed many paths and I have exposed myself to many experiences in order to understand something about me and about this mysterious life. But only in free movement I found peace, intuition, joy, presence and comfort. I am a naturopath nutritionist and looking at bodies is my job. Bodies that have always spoken to me beyond measure and volume as they have their own pre-verbal language that cannot be silenced. When you invite the body to move, the soul reveals itself and whispers its own truth. Listening to the message is the purpose. Soul Motion for me represents a journey of discovery, beyond words. Discovery of oneself, of the other, of the community that welcomes us and of the Infinite that lives inside and outside our own space.

When at the age of 6 years I fractured my leg and someone told me that I would have to give up my dreams of becoming a dancer, something inside me was broken, I trusted those words and I gave up following my dreams although, deep down, a part of me had not stopped believing in it. The music, the types of dance learned and danced at the weekly classes and then practiced in salsa rooms or discos on Saturday nights only remotely touched the feeling of freedom, and full/free expression of myself in the movement that somewhere inside me, I was sure it must exist!
I was right, it does.
Since I started practicing conscious dance, about 13 years ago, and I let it work in me, I have allowed myself to really explore myself, to know more clearly who I want to be and what I want to bring to myself and to the world, thus allowing LIFE to open up unimaginable paths of EXPRESSION and personal FULFILLMENT. Everything changes in life, in the HERE and NOW your Body/Soul wholeness and it's sacred feeling, Life is Motion!!

Movement and dance have always been my home. But thanks to 5Rhythms and Soul Motion, movement has become my path, my journey of reconciliation with the body, with the earth, with the world. My medicine, my release, my joy. I have a degree in philosophy that allows me to wander into the highest systems, and when I'm not dancing I write fairy tales for adults and children for my small publishing house: www.fiabeperdire.com. I am a certified teacher of Soul Motion and 5Rhythms Spaceholder and teacher in training.

Dance has been part of my life since I was 6 with classical dance, and then I opened myself experiencing contemporary style, African, bio-dance and much more. In 2016 I began to lead the first NIA classes (Neuromuscular Integrative Activity). The experimentation continued with a year training in Fux Method Dance Therapy and Contact Improvisation. Then arrived the immense world of Conscious dance. I met the 5 Rhythms in Australia in 2014 for the first time and I immediately felt the desire to learn more. Living near Rome I was able to experience Ecstatic dance, Movement medicine, 5 rhythms and Azul. And it was precisely Azul that chose me, a practice in which the body is danced by what the music moves, an authentic embodiment experience. I offer classes and workshops in Rome and other regions in Italy, and in several festivals. I often offer dance experiences in nature. I believe deeply in the power of the community and I really love collaborating with other creative souls, with whom new projects are being born. I am a holistic operator specializing in Ayurvedic massage and harmonic sound massage, a yoga teacher for adults and children. I love travelling, walking in the woods, rivers and mountains of my place of birth, breathing the immensity of the ocean, animals, photography, and dance, in all its forms.workshops nel Lazio e in altre regioni, oltre a portare questa pratica in diversi festival.

Azul Teacher and contemporary dance teacher, performer, actress and dancer. Always searching for what colours the days, what brings light into the world and fullfill the heart of emotions: that's what dance is for me. Since I was a child, body and movement were my main channels of expression. While growing, Life brought me to know another layer of the existence, more subtle and evanescent, connected with the ways in which energy moves and flows. So I learned some holistic disciplines, like Reiki, Bach Flowers, Access Bars and Energy balancing methods...since I quite lost my direction. Azul gave me the opportunity to gather all these parts of me, and to connect the dance with the higher level of the existence, the Mistery...and to embrace myself in wholeness. My desire is to share the dance with more and more people, and to connect and collaborate, in order to make available this potent tool of transformation and discovery of our true nature. In order to make the world a better place all together, at the rhythm of the heartbeat and of the dancing feet.

Free dance and music have always been my anchors, my life companions and playmates.
The allies of my heart.
Over time, conscious dance has also become my guide, a tool for exploration, understanding and knowledge of myself and others.
Today the body in movement is my safe space.
It is the place where my work as a somatic psychotherapist, teacher of conscious movement practices and my spiritual research meet the man I have become.

"I vividly remember the feeling I had the first time I entered a Conscious Dance workshop (it was in Paris, 2012, “Journey into Chaos,” 5Rhythms). It was love at first sight, a sense of belonging I'd never experienced before, the eureka moment of having finally found something truly precious, something through which I could dive into myself and meet the others. Since then, I've never spent a week - or perhaps even a day - without entrusting myself entirely to the Dance. I deeply love all Conscious Dance practices, but it's in Movement Medicine that my heart felt the call to root, and free its wings. I'm fascinated by human beings, the world, poetry, the infinite spectrum of our emotions. I lead my classes from a space of Love... that Love that moves the sun and the other stars, and moves everything within us".

Body language has always been the doorway to my inner world, leading me to draw from a rich variety of movement practices, including Qi Gong, Yoga, and Root Motion. Within this landscape, Conscious Dance stands out as my chosen path—a direct bridge to personal creativity. I teach Soul Motion to inspire and support people of all ages, backgrounds, and genders in discovering new ways to connect with their creative essence through movement. Living in close contact with nature, I bring dance into spaces that speak my language, aiming to nurture a growing, widespread dancing community. Alongside dance, I work in visual communication and offer natural cooking in holistic settings. These three paths are deeply interconnected, allowing a continuous flow of inspiration where each discipline enriches and shapes the others.

I've been dancing since I was in my mom's womb and I'll never stop. In constant search of movement, I have always explored various types of dance in order to feel the freedom of the body that thanks. I started dancing with the 5Ritmi since 2012, following workshops in Rome and abroad, until the day I met Azul and I started to transform my life, awakening my true essence. Dancing life ... tapping into the wisdom of the body. Listen to it, open up, allow yourself to meet what life whispers to you, learning to recognize that whisper. This is Azul Conscious Movement. In Findhorn, Scotland I met for the first time the 5Rhtyms. Hesitantly at the beginning then more and more consciously they became the center of my daily life. They represent the thread that evoked my passion for the dance that was in me since I was a teenager. The 5 Rhythms practise is a blessed encounter with myself, an opportunity to explore the balance of body, mind, soul and spirit deeply. It's a precious invitation to sweat, to uncover hidden emotions and feelings and to find my highest self. For me the 5Rhythms is a way of life, a dancing path that embodies the voice of truth.

Art has been my blessing, my cure and my life teacher. I studied painting and sculpture from an early age, explored the world of acting and that of ballet, contemporary dance, african dance, belly dance, but I have always lacked a more "spiritual" component linked to the expression of the movements of the soul; I found this dimension, as well as in yoga and meditation, in the 5Rhythms practice that allowed me to rediscover and finally express the suffocated sides of my soul, improving my life profoundly.

My zodiac sign is Libra with Aquarius rising… I know, it’s easy to think, “head in the clouds,” but I can assure you that I have a deep sense of grounding.
My journey began in the late 1990s with Reiki and later evolved through Vipassana meditation, Osho’s active meditations, energy healing, shamanic practices, Akasha and Tarot, along the way crossing paths with theatre and contemporary dance.
One of my points of balance is, precisely, in dance.
Conscious Dance is a field of exploration waiting to welcome us with open arms.
In Azul and Soul Motion, I discover new points of view and spaces that allow both depth and lightness to be expressed through our bodies.
Now it’s time to dance…

I am the first Italian teacher of Movement Medicine, the co-founder of Movement Medicine Italia and the Community Weaver of Conscious Dance Italy. I also trained at the Red School as a cycle mentor. I am a dreamweaver and I shared my vision on a TEDx talk: a change of narrative on the topic of the female body, and a future that is more human, where intergenerational groups of people dance and sing around the fire.
My project, #REDvolunionaryWeaving, started in Italy in 2012, uses the archetype of the red thread to weave the stories and roots of women from different countries. So far it has taken me to Lithuania, France, Belarus, Hungary, Switzerland, Turkey, India, Greece, England and Malta. CONTATTA SILVANA

A certified Mindfulness teacher and Reiki Master, she has delved into disciplines such as Alchemy, Shamanism, and Spagyria. For Marina, movement is a powerful means to connect with emotions and face daily challenges. In her journey, she has deepened the connection between embodiment and emotions, drawing inspiration from Embodiment theories and holistic approaches to healing. Her vision of dance goes beyond artistic expression: for her, it is a sacred path towards self-awareness and psychophysical well-being. Since my very first jobs in fashion, I’ve had a clear sensation of feeling myself in the body — of how shifting my attention to the body helped me stay centered and present. During the same period, my anthropological studies taught me to observe myself within my own culture, making me aware of how deeply the surrounding environment can influence us. My journey began with these foundations, from a very young age, moving through Transactional Analysis — which taught me to see more clearly the dynamics in our relationships with others and with ourselves — and through Mindfulness, which I now facilitate. When I encountered dance for the first time, I had the clear feeling that it beautifully summed up, in its simple complexity, all the studies, professional experiences, and research of my life — and I fell deeply in love with it. I love, and have danced, all forms of conscious dance, but I chose to bring Azul into my teaching, the practice in which I trained, because at the center of its map there is Love — the source of everything — and through the musical journey Azul offers, we can return to that source each time we release the emotions and energies that distance us from our true essence, which is free and full of potential. My dream is to live in a world that dances — a world that dialogues through its diversity with the intention of growing together; in other words, a world in love. In my classes, I bring all of this

Dance has always been a safe space for me to express myself. As a child, I would dance alone at home for hours to my favorite records and take ballet and jazz classes; later, as a young woman, I explored hip-hop and eventually worked as a choreographer at holiday resorts. Dance has been a constant companion throughout my life. Then came Reiki, yoga, and Ayurvedic massage, which expanded my relationship with energy. Discovering conscious dance felt instantly like coming home—a confirmation that dance is my medicine. My aim is to share Soul Motion as a tool for everyday mindfulness, with a special focus on young people.

Since I was a child, I have been fascinated by spiritual research and self-development, driven by the desire to cultivate those superpowers that each of us holds within. I am a professional dancer and I was very soon interested in active meditation techniques, Reiki and ritual and shamanic dances from different traditions, such as Sufi whirling dance, which lead the participants into states with profound effects of transformation. My research journey, which has always been syncretic, leads me to synthesize all these elements into a daily practice of dance and meditation which is constantly evolving.
I am a certified Soul Motion Teacher since 2022, driven by the aim to spread everywhere the wonderful power of conscious movement.

I simply enjoy dancing. In Azul I celebrate the energy that moves through my body. I encounter my soul and I surrender to my spirit.” My first approach with conscious dance ( 5 rhythms) has been in Milan in 2010, thanks to Daniela De Bartolo. Finally I became an AZUL Teacher, a Creative Movement teacher and a Chakradance facilitator. I have a scientific background as Biologist. A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, nature lover, curious and “researcher”. I have a holistic approach to wellness, integrating the power of sound, colour and touch as instruments to return to vibrate in harmony with Life. Dance is my greatest passion, but it was through the encounter with meditation, Osho's vision and Conscious Dance that the quality of movement became central in my life. Then came Movement Medicine, which brought awareness, presence and authenticity. It was love revealed: going back home. I like to integrate knowledge, visions and tools to offer the possibility of self-listening, self-finding and re-shining.

My name is Sandro and I live in Padua. I completed my training and became a teacher in July 2024.I have been dancing since 2015: before encountering the 5Rhythms, I avoided living in my body, preferring to disconnect from it. The practice has allowed me to return to my body, accepting its lights and shadows and has taught me that every emotion and every pain can be faced through movement.

My passion for dance can be traced back to my childhood. My favorite memories embrace the joy for rock and roll and bughi bughi dances with my father. It was a transformative experience unraveling a journey of musical notes. Hence, the inspiration for photography, art therapy and meditation. I’ve been practicing 5Rhythms since 2014. It has changed my perception of the world becoming a healing tool into my Self discovery. I want to share 5Rhythms practice and I invite more people to experience the magic in expressing themselves fully in life with courage and awareness.

I have always loved dancing. As a child, I would invent movements in the living room, let myself be carried away by the music, and dance simply felt liberating. As I grew up, I started to believe that it couldn’t be that simple anymore. That dancing meant knowing how to do it, moving well, not making a fool of myself. And I never really felt comfortable being seen while I danced. Then I discovered Soul Motion. Finally, there was no choreography to learn, no right or wrong way to move. Instead, there was an invitation to bring my attention exactly where my body was: into the music, the breath, the sensations, the movement. And when the mind stops wandering elsewhere, something changes: you are fully there, completely immersed in what is happening. It is a form of presence that I also know deeply through Mindfulness: the possibility of being truly present, without needing to control, judge, or do anything “right.” I am a Mental Coach and a Mindfulness and Soul Motion teacher. In my work, body and mind are not separate; they are different parts of the same experience. I facilitate personal growth workshops and teach Soul Motion and DanzaLiberaMente classes, exploring through movement and listening the possibility of being more present, aware, and free.

Music is always in the air: from childhood, in Venezuela, dance and music were the main ingredients of everyday life.
Conscious dance practices, and Soul Motion in particular, has taught me to feel and weave together my many roots — of culture, of family, of who I am. The dancefloor is where I practice trusting my body, my feeling, my instinct — where I train myself to be free. In a Soul Motion class, I offer this same space of trust to those who dance beside me. Come discover it with me.

My relationship with dance and rhythm began at a very early age. At seven, I started studying jazz and playing the drums, while movement gradually became a constant presence in my life.
In 2006, at the age of eighteen, I encountered the practice of 5Rhythms for the first time, beginning a journey of exploration through conscious dance. In 2026, I became a Soul Motion teacher, a practice I experience as a true medicine and that I deeply love to share with others.
I am also a psychosomatic massage therapist and a biodynamic farmer. I integrate these experiences into my work, exploring the relationship between the body, movement, awareness, and nature.
I live immersed in an environment where nature expresses itself with strength and presence. From this connection with the natural world comes my desire to accompany people towards a deeper listening to their bodies and to their own natural dimension.
Finally, I integrate psychosomatic mindfulness into my work, creating a bridge between presence, the body, movement, and dance.

Teaching and producing events are part of the same project: spreading conscious dance in Italy.
We have produced the founders of two practices to Italy for the first time: Andrea Juhan, Open Floor and Vincent Martin Grieco (Soul Motion)
We aspire to continue to produce international teachers: to bring together Italian teachers and create events in which practices can be explored and a common language can really be co-created. Practicing together!

The first tool I spontaneously turned to as a child, was dance. As a natural form of self-expression, dancing made me feel alive, it made me feel free and vibrantly happy. I studied ballet and contemporary dance for many years. Travelling through India, in 1999,I became a disciple of Osho. In his community I discovered and fell in love with Ecstatic Dance - Trance Dance, Sufi Whirling andFree Dance, and participated in meditation, spiritual therapy and shamanism workshops and trainings. After sitting at the feet ofenlightened masters and discovering Advaita Vedanta Non-Dual Spirituality, I explored NeoTantra and, through that path, I discovered Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms. Since 2009 I have been organising 5Rhythms and Conscious Dance workshops, bringing international teachers to Rome, and organising retreats in the Italian countryside and in magical Apulia, on the Mediterranean sea.
