TEMA:
5 giorni e 5 notti di 5Ritmi – livello Waves & Heartbeat della pratica dei 5Ritmi.
Ogni anno ci ritroviamo per il New Year Dance, la nostra celebrazione di metà inverno per chi desidera attraversare insieme la soglia con presenza. Un tempo per stare insieme e danzare la vita così com’è, con le sue emozioni, le sue sfide e la sua bellezza, riscoprendo la presenza e la gioia del cuore. È un’occasione per celebrare, danzare, giocare e riconnettersi, coltivando presenza e autentiche connessioni nel pieno dell’inverno.
Quest’anno ci incontreremo in un nuovo luogo meraviglioso immerso nella natura, vicino a Cortona (Arezzo, Toscana). Tutte le attività e i pasti si svolgeranno a Terzo di Danciano, dove sono disponibili anche alcune camere per l’alloggio. Gli altri partecipanti saranno ospitati a Pugnano Alto, una delle ville vicine, a pochi minuti di distanza — altrettanto accogliente e ricca di fascino.
Ogni anno dedichiamo un momento speciale per chiudere l’anno.
Creiamo un vision board, un collage che raccoglie i momenti significativi del passato
e le visioni e intenzioni per l’anno che arriva.
Alcuni portano il vision board dell’anno precedente o oggetti simbolici,
che bruciamo insieme nel falò del 31 dicembre, con canti e musica,
per trasformare il vecchio e aprirci al nuovo.
La sera del 31 è una grande celebrazione e anche un rito di trasformazione:
il travestimento diventa un modo per esplorare parti nascoste,
dare forma a emozioni e archetipi, lasciar andare e rinascere nella danza.
Posti limitati a 45 partecipanti — un cerchio più piccolo e intimo del solito.
CONDUCE:
Il seminario sarà guidato da Olivia Olla Palmer in Italiano e Inglese, con momenti di musica dal vivo insieme a Rishi Vlote e Shastro.
Olivia è insegnante certificata Waves & Heartbeat dei 5Ritmi®, organizzatrice e mentore. Danzatrice appassionata sin da bambina, ha lasciato Londra a 21 anni per esplorare il mondo e da oltre 30 anni vive in Toscana, dove organizza seminari immersi nella natura, in luoghi di grande bellezza.
Conduce gruppi e sessioni individuali, crea spazi di comunità e sostiene le persone nel riscoprire loro forza interiore, autenticità e presenza.

THEME:
5 days and 5 nights of 5Rhythms – 5Rhythms Waves & Heartbeat level
Every year we gather for New Year Dance, our midwinter celebration for those who wish to cross the threshold together with presence. A time to come together and dance life as it is, with its emotions, challenges, and beauty, rediscovering presence and the joy of the heart. It is an opportunity to celebrate, dance, play, and reconnect, cultivating presence and authentic connections in the middle of winter.
This year we will meet in a beautiful new venue surrounded by nature, near Cortona (Arezzo, Tuscany). All activities and meals will take place at Terzo di Danciano, where a few rooms are also available for accommodation. Other participants will be hosted at Pugnano Alto, one of the nearby villas just a few minutes away — equally welcoming and full of charm.
Each year we dedicate a special moment to closing the year.
We create a vision board, a collage that gathers the meaningful moments of the past and the visions and intentions for the year to come.
Some bring last year’s vision board or symbolic objects, which we burn together in the bonfire on December 31st, with songs and music, to transform the old and open ourselves to the new. The evening of the 31st is both a great celebration and a ritual of transformation as we dress up the costume becomes a way to explore hidden parts of ourselves, to give form to emotions and archetypes, to release and be reborn through the dance.
Limited to 45 participants, for us this year will be a smaller and more intimate circle than in the past.
FACILITATOR:
The seminar will be guided by Olivia Olla Palmer in Italian and English, with live music by Rishi Vlote and Shastro.
Olivia is a certified Waves & Heartbeat 5Rhythms® teacher, organizer, and mentor. A passionate dancer since childhood, she left London at 21 to explore the world and has lived in Tuscany for over 30 years, where she organizes seminars immersed in nature and places of great beauty.
She leads groups and individual sessions, creates spaces of community, and supports people in rediscovering their inner strength, authenticity, and presence.
