Trovare nuovi movimenti e uscire dalle nostre abitudini è un grande dono per il nostro cervello.
Entrare in contatto con l'altro e con gli altri, cambiando il punto di vista della relazione, è un'opportunità per guardare che accede e cosa si muove in noi.
Play è un laboratorio di 5Ritmi che esplora questa tema attraverso il movimento.

Play is a very important tool. It allows us to be in a state of absolute presence, to break free from mental and cultural patterns, to explore and ignite curiosity. Finding new movements and breaking free from our habits is a great gift for our brain. Connecting with others, changing our perspective on relationships, is an opportunity to observe what happens and what moves within us.
Play is a 5Rhythms workshop that explores this theme through movement.
