Olivia Olla Palmer è un'insegnante certificata nei livelli "Waves" e "Heartbeat" della pratica dei 5Ritmi©. Originaria di Londra, ha scelto l'Italia come sua casa nel 1986. La sua vita è stata dedicata allo studio della danza, esplorando sia la danza classica che moderna, la danza movimento terapia, la trance dance e diverse metodologie di crescita personale e auto-guarigione. Nel 2006 ha scoperto i 5Ritmi e ha conseguito la certificazione come insegnante di livello "Waves" nel 2014. Nel 2022 ha ottenuto anche la certificazione per insegnare il livello "Heartbeat" dei 5Ritmi. Con una passione instancabile per la danza e la crescita personale, Olivia porta la sua esperienza e dedizione nell'incoraggiare gli altri nel loro percorso di esplorazione e trasformazione attraverso la danza.

Olivia Olla Palmer is a certified "Waves" and "Heartbeat” level teacher of the 5Rhythms© practice. Originally from London, she made Italy her home in 1986. Her life has been dedicated to the study of dance, exploring both classical and modern dance, dance movement therapy, trance dance, and various methodologies for personal growth and self-healing. In 2006, she discovered the 5Rhythms and obtained certification as a "Waves" level teacher in 2014. In 2022, she also obtained certification to teach the "Heartbeat" level of the 5Rhythms. With an unwavering passion for dance and personal growth, Olivia brings her experience and dedication to encourage others on their journey of exploration and transformation through dance.
