Al workshop “AMABILI OMBRE, Shadow Workshop & celebrazione degli antenati” saremo accompagnati dall’elemento fuoco integrato con la mappa delle Ombre dei 5Ritmi

La mappa ci porta ad esplorare da un punto di vista puramente corporeo ed energetico (senza giudizio o interpretazione) quelle ombre (meccanismi reattivi) che sono le nostre difese: ovvero il modo in cui abbiamo imparato a reagire e sopravvivere nel tempo.
Includeremo momenti di coaching in gruppo e pratica di presenza.
La sera del 31 Ott ci sarà la ormai nota Cerimonia di Danza Medicina per la pacificazione degli Antenati.

Il Workshop é NON residenziale ma c’è la possibilità per alcuni di dormire in sala autogestiti.

Ambu Alessia Lencioni’s signature 5Rhythms & Shadow Work Workshop returns to Tuscany!
“Fire is the force of life, the very substance of creation, and is therefore directly connected to our ancestors.”
At the workshop “AMABILI OMBRE: Shadow Workshop & Ancestor Celebration,” we will be guided by the element of fire integrated with the 5Rhythms Shadow map:

FLOWING -> Inertia
STACCATO -> Rigidity
CHAOS -> Confusion
LYRICAL -> Inauthenticity
STILLNESS -> Isolation

The map invites us to explore—from a purely embodied and energetic perspective (free from judgment or interpretation)—those shadows (reactive mechanisms) that serve as our defenses: the very ways we learned to react and survive over time. The workshop includes moments of group coaching and presence practice.
On the evening of October 31st, we will hold the well-known Medicine Dance Ceremony for Ancestral Peace.
The evening of October 31st is open to everyone, subject to capacity verification
The workshop is NON-residential, though self-organized sleeping options in the hall are available for a limited number of participants.

Hours from this workshop count toward 5Rhythms Teacher Training prerequisites.
This workshop is a prerequisite for the Embodied Leadership Training by Ambu: The Sacred Balance.
