Oltre alle sessioni quotidiane di 5Ritmi, questo ritiro integrerà elementi di pratiche somatiche e tantriche, offrendo un’esperienza profonda, radicata e trasformativa. Tutto questo si svolgerà nella quiete di Borgo Paola, uno dei più suggestivi centri di ritiro in Italia.

When we allow sensuality to soften us, we awaken the instinctive roar that guides us through the great mystery of life. Join MariaSole Ingravallo and Tim Barnes, certified 5Rhythms teachers, for a five-day journey into the vibrant heart of body expression.
What Awaits You:
Step into a sacred space where you can surrender, renew, and transform. Through the practice of the 5Rhythms, we will tap into the wisdom of the body, connect with the earth, and give voice to our wildest and most authentic truths. Together, we will dive into the ecstasy of dance, experience its healing power, and create a space where our essence can fully blossom.
In addition to daily 5Rhythms sessions, this retreat will integrate elements of somatic and tantric practices, offering a deep, grounded, and transformative experience.
All of this will unfold in the peaceful setting of Borgo Paola, one of the most beautiful retreat centers in Italy.
