TEMA:
Il titolo Spontaneous Heart si è manifestato naturalmente per entrambe, un’intuizione condivisa nata dal desiderio di creare uno spazio dove il cuore possa esprimersi con autenticità, presenza e libertà.
Inizialmente concepito come un seminario Heartbeat in città, l’evento si è trasformato in qualcosa di ancora più speciale: un’esperienza di uno o due giorni nel nuovo podere di Olivia e Marco, immerso tra le colline Toscane, a pochi passi da un lago, in una cornice naturale di bellezza e pace.
Saremo ospiti a Dagnino, un antico casale con camere letto di diverse capienze e ampi spazi all’aperto dove potremo condividere i pasti, riposare e danzare sotto il cielo. Le sessioni si svolgeranno su una pedana in legno costruita appositamente per la danza, affacciata su una splendida vallata. Un weekend per nutrire corpo, cuore e anima.
CONDUCONO:
JUP JANSONIUS
Praticante di 5Ritmi dal 1998, è insegnante certificata per le mappe Waves, Heartbeat e God, Sex & The Body. Con un background in educazione, danza, arte, teatro, yoga e TRE, Jup infonde i suoi workshop con intuizione, humour e presenza. I suoi DJ set sono veri viaggi che trasportano in nuove dimensioni. Insegna in tutto il mondo e online.
OLIVIA OLLA PALMER
Olivia ha scoperto la pratica dei 5Ritmi nel 2006, dopo oltre 20 anni nel campo dell'autoguarigione e una vita dedicata alla danza. Insegnante certificata nei livelli Waves e Heartbeat, guida gruppi in Italia e online con uno stile autentico e accogliente. Vive nel cuore della Toscana, dove la natura incontra la danza e la comunità.

THEME:
An immersive 5Rhythms workshop at Waves and Heartbeat level, led by two certified teachers: Olivia Olla Palmer and Jup Jansonius. The title Spontaneous Heart naturally revealed itself to both of us — a shared intuition born from the desire to create a space where the heart can express itself freely, authentically, and with presence.
Originally planned as a Heartbeat workshop in the city, the event has now become something even more special: a one- or two-day experience at Olivia and Marco’s new home, nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, just a short walk from a lake, in a setting of natural peace and beauty. We’ll gather at Podere Dagnino, an old farmhouse with a variety of sleeping options and generous outdoor spaces where we can share meals, rest, and dance under the open sky. The sessions will take place on a wooden dance platform, purpose-built and overlooking a beautiful valley.

JUP JANSONIOUS
Immersed in the 5Rhythms practice since 1998, Jup is a certified teacher in Waves, Heartbeat, and God, Sex & The Body. With a background in education, dance, theatre, yoga, and TRE, her teaching is intuitive, playful, and grounded. Her DJ sets invite dancers into powerful inner journeys. She teaches worldwide and online.
OLIVIA OLLA PALMER
Olivia discovered 5Rhythms in 2006 after over 20 years of experience in the field of self-healing and a life dedicated to dance and . She is a certified teacher in Waves and Heartbeat, offering groups and workshops in Italy and online. Rooted in authenticity and compassion, she creates spaces where movement becomes a gateway to personal growth. She now lives in the Tuscan hills, where nature, community, and movement meet.
