Appuntamento alle pendici dell’Etna, in Sicilia, a Femminamorta: una location paradisiaca a due passi dal mare dove rocce e scogliere laviche si gettano nei flutti.
Il focus di questo ritiro sarà il ritmo della Quiete, che ci guiderà nell’ascolto e nella connessione con la fiamma creativa che custodiamo dentro di noi, come un vulcano che riposa e rende fertili tutte le terre che lo circondano.
Il prezzo del ritiro include un’escursione guidata sul vulcano, dove terremo una sessione speciale.

Istruzioni per il vulcano
Porta con te un paio di scarpe chiuse, abiti a strati, un paio di pantaloni lunghi, un giacchetto antivento e un cappello.

VULCANICA is the August retreat of Conscious Dance (5Ritmi & Ecstatic Dance) + Voice Meditation by Ambu Alessia Lencioni and Martino Biondi. On the slopes of Etna, in Sicily, at Femminamorta: a heavenly location near the sea with rocks and lava cliffs. The focus of this retreat will be flavours and gifts
of Stillness map, which will guide us in feeling and connecting with the our creative inner flame, like a silent volcano surrounded by fertile lands..
The price of the retreat includes a guided excursion to the volcano, where we will hold a special session.

Instructions for the volcano
Bring with you a pair of closed shoes, layered clothing, a pair of long trousers, a windproof jacket and a hat.
