Remembering the mystery and the miracle of being alive. A Waves & Heartbeat level workshop with Olivia & Jup. There is a moment when the body remembers that we belong to life and to the great rhythm that moves through all living beings. And the heart reconnects with its love for life and says yes. For the love of life is a deep call to what allows us to say yes to life—not only when it is easy, but also when it is complex, fragile, and unpredictable.
Within us lives an innate inclination toward life, a deep emotional connection with nature and the living world.
A love that is not romantic or idealised, but visceral and embodied: an impulse to move and to relate, part of that mysterious flow that runs through every form of life. At Dagnino, surrounded by the rhythms of the natural world, we will explore this love for life through the practice of 5Rhythms, returning to the body, to emotions, and to the simple experience of being alive. “Love of life” represents a deep connection to existence: a passion for living, a resilience that allows us to meet life fully, and an appreciation for the beauty and fragility of the world.
We will reconnect with this inner flame, the part of us that says yes to life, even in the face of uncertainty.
This weekend is an invitation to remember what moves you, what nourishes you, and what awakens your passion for being alive. Under the open sky, with the earth beneath our feet, we remember what the body has always known and what the heart longs for:
